I have spent my entire life in the Model colony. So my new house had to be in the same colony from the point of comfort and convenience. A ready-to-move home with new-age facilities and added layers of security at ASHOKBAN met my expectations totally.

To be honest, I loved my old home too much to stay anywhere else. Hence a timely delivery of my new house was my only criterion before moving out. And luckily, it is a huge relief to know that the ASHOKBAN redevelopment will be completed before the stipulated time.

As a doctor by profession, the trust factor was an important part of the entire deal for me. Accordingly, the entire process, right from the first stage of discussion to the last stage of execution, was completely smooth sailing.

Like any woman-of-the-house, I had many doubts and questions regarding the entire process of redevelopment of SHASHI from start to finish. But luckily, frank communication and that too, directly with the developers was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend CKD to my other friends too.

Redevelopment is the future of old apartments. And I am happy to have made a timely decision where I still have time to enjoy my moments in the new house ( at SHASHI) that is going to be bigger, better, and definitely happier.
