Who we are
Chaphalkar Karandikar Developers is the real estate wing of the Chaphalkar Brothers, Pune and Karandikar group. Chaphalkar Brothers, Pune is the parent company of City Pride Multiplexes & several single-screen theatres across the state.
Apart from owning the brand CINEA Multiplexes, KARANDIKAR LIFESPACES has developed 10 L sqft of Residential and Commercial spaces in the past.
Karandikar Life Spaces has delivered 1million sqft spaces till date and also manages the ‘Cinea Multiplexes’ brand under Karandikar group.
